Your Questions, Answered

  • I provide counselling for both short-term support and longer-term work. You might come for a few sessions to focus on something specific, or continue over time to explore deeper issues, relationships, and personal growth — always at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My services can be offered in person in London & Sussex or online.

  • I work as a relational, integrative therapist. This means I take a flexible and collaborative approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic models to tailor the work to each person’s individual needs and circumstances. My practice combines humanistic, analytic, and transpersonal perspectives.

  • To get started, you’re welcome to book a free 20-minute introduction call. This gives you the chance to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a feel for how counselling with me works before committing to sessions.

  • Everyone’s journey is different. You might begin with weekly sessions for support and momentum, then space them out over time. We decide together what works best for your life, goals, and pace.

  • Each 50 minute session is £105. For clients who’d like ongoing support, I offer a 20% discount on a block of six sessions, which comes to £504 in total.

  • Yes, counselling is confidential. Your privacy is respected and what you share in sessions stays between us. There are rare legal and ethical limits to confidentiality, such as if there is a serious risk of harm to you or others, which would always be discussed with you where possible

  • That’s completely okay. Finding the right client–therapist fit is important and is in fact, one of the most significant factors in positive therapeutic outcomes.

You deserve to find someone who feels like the right match for you. If that turns out not to be me, I am very happy to talk about what you’re looking for and can refer you to a therapist who may be a better fit for your needs if you feel this would be beneficial.
